Where should I start troubleshooting this problem?
I have some reports that print out class & student details. The printer is stopping between each page, the pause time greatly extending for each class that is printed.

Any tips?

Is there a lot of page design or information calculating involved in the report, Is there sufficient memory in you computer? I Recommended at least 512 Mb if using xp. Both of these could be causing the slow printing.

You haven't provided much information to allow us to guess at your issues.

Are you loading any images?
Is there any code running in your report?
Do you use expressions like DSum(), DMax(), DCount(),...
How many pages are in the report?
Does the query take long to run?
Do you have [Page] of [Pages] in your report?
Are there subreports?
Are your sections set to Keep Together?
