Printing report

Hi
I have a problem with printing a report. When users use the print button to print, the document is written to a printer from our old dept. and i cant change it. Its only if one goes into Files - Print.. that it comes out to the right printer. Does anyone know hoe to solve this??

Design the report and select the File, Page Setup. Then on the Page tab, select default printer if the workstation's default printer is the new printer.

If you wish to print to a specific printer, check that box and associate the new printer with the report.
