Hello,

I have a report that i want to be executed once a week (from CR enterprise). I want this report to execute once per customer with status X. That is, if there are 20 customers with status X then I want 20 reports (or copies of the same report) to be executed. Each report has information about the customer. So its the same report but with different customer information..

Any suggestions?

Create a parameter on the Customer and in the record selection formula refernce the status:

(
{table.status} = "X"
and
{table.customer} = {?MyCustomerParm}
)

Then schedule it the 20 times (once for each customer).

There are also report bursting options offered by Business Objects, and 3rd party solutions for Crystal, but you shouldn't expect good results when you don't even bother to post your software version.

Hello,

I use CR9. The number of customers can differ from week to week so I cant schedule the report for a specific number of times.

Didn't know that the solution was a bursting option/solution. If I knew I would post this question in the CR Enterprise forum or not at all. Thank you any way.

/Cristian
