Printing report on a certain day

I have a database of members to a club. Any ideas how I can print a happy birthday message to them by getting data from their Date of Birth in tblmembers?

I.e. on their birthday, it prints a "happy birthday" card with their name on!

Where does it print this? Do you want a form that pops up or a page to go the printer? Do they have to be in the application or do you want this to happen on its own?
