I have a form in my database that is used in my lab to report negative results in a analysis.
This form the tech will fill out certain fields if a condition exists.
A then have a report based on a query of the information on this form.
Here are my challenges.
I would like the report ~ for that particular record ~ to print if any field on the form has been filled out. Is there a way to make this happen when the form is closed?
So that the report automatically prints if a field is filled in on the form?

Any help with this is sincerly appreciated.

I suppose you could set a global variable or a hidden control in the On Dirty event and check this variable or control in the close event of the form.

I don't understand the question since forms don't contain data, they only display data. Tables contain data.
