hello all

I am printing a report which puts every group on a new page. How can I get the page footer information to print on the last page with group data and not on the last page by itself.

eg. This is what happens.
Page 1
Name Amount
customer A 200.00

Page 2
customer B 200.00

Page 3
Grand total 400.00

Can Crystal do the following, and still put each customer on a separate page?

Page 1
Name Amount
customer A 200.00

Page 2
customer B 200.00

Grand total 400.00

Right click on the group footer section and click format section. The "new page after" checkbox should already be checked. To the right of that checkbox is a button "X-2", for conditional formatting. Click that button and enter the statement Not OnLastRecord. This will eliminate the extra page with only a Grand total on it.
