printing records more than once

Hello,

I have the following question: is it possible to print detail records more than once?
For example: based upon the table Article I print some information of the article on a piece of paper to stick on the box the article is in. But I want to stick the same info on two sides of the box: so in this case I need the info two times, while CR retrieves the info once. Is there a way to do this?

Hi,

You can simply do it by creating an additional table with only 2 records inside, then add the table to database expert without joinnnig it with the logic tables, however, you will get warning for that which you can just ignore it, after that, you will get your records twice in preview.

it may not be the best solution, but it works fine for me.

On any section, you can right-click and choose [Insert Section Below]. You can then print the details twice. You can even print them on different pages, if you wish, uisng right-click, Section Expert, New Page After.

The options can also be made conditional, using the formula icon (x+2 and a pencil). You;ll probably find that useful for other reports, even if you don't need it for this one.
