We have a win 2k network with many printers attached to a print server, when we came in this morning there were jobs sitting in nearly all the queues, all paused. When you go into the properties of each job it has time restrictions on it (Schedule), only available from 23:58 to 23:59. You can manually remove this restriction and the job prints.
This is where it gets complicated, there are no restrictions on the printer (ie when they are available), and it makes no difference what account you use, what computer or anything else.....

Any help with this would be much appreciated!!

I think you are looking for the the "sharing" tab of the properties of the printer. Adjust there
