Dear Sirs,

I have a list in excel in 12 columns and several rows, First column contains order no's. in (text type format)

When the user presses the print button on the worksheet, the cell pointer moves to first column of active Row
and data of active row is copied on other worksheet ( which contains a specific format ) and printed.

I want when user selects the 3 or 4 order no's - all 3-4 order should print.

In other words I want to print 3-4 orders in specific format at the same time.

Thanks in advance.
Tahir

Have you tried to use the Selection.PrintOut method ?

Hope This Helps, PH.
