Printing problems

I created a simple report this morning and when I went to print it, the page was blank. Everything showed on the screen but nothing would print out. I tried several different printers to no avail. The one 'printer' that did work was PDF mailer which creates a PDF file of the report and I was able to print out the PDF that was created. I have another existing report that this will happen to sporadically (a section shows on screen but not when printing). If I have a background color on the fields, the shaded boxes print but none of the field information will. I just get empty shaded boxes. Any suggestions?

Have you tried a color printer? Are you using the right driver?

Do you have the latest patches installed?

CR puts out new ones monthly now.
