Hello,

I have a problem when printing illustrator documents containing patterns. I use illustrator CS, the printer is a Fiery X3e 31C-M(Minolta). The file enters the spooler(I can view this via webtools) and begins ripping the file.. Then it just stops ripping and the spooler just skips the file.

Any ideas how to solve this?

Thanks

Greetings

Select the objects containing the patterns and go to Objects - Expand.

From the help file:
"If you expand more complex artwork, such as an object with a pattern fill, the pattern is divided into all of the distinct paths that created it.
Expanding is particularly helpful if you are having difficulty printing transparency effects, 3D objects, patterns, gradients, strokes, blends, flares, envelopes, or symbols.
