We have 3 metaframe xpa servers running fr2 and all have windows 2000 SP3 installed. all servers are in one server farm and all servers are identicle.
We have a problem with a few users that cannot print from outlook 97. They keep getting an error saying that the outlprnt file on M:\winnt is missing or cannot be written to.
This file is not present on any of the servers execpt a few instances of it in a few peoples profiles.
I have tried copying a known good copy of this file to all the servers but it makes no difference.
Has anybody ever seen this problem before?
