Printing problems with Folio / Infobase on Citrix

Hi

We are running Citrix XPe on Win2000 and have successfully published a folio based system. We can run the application with no problems except when we go to print. The print job goes to the printer and looks like its printing (the job appears in the print que) but nothing prints on the printer.

Has anybody else had printing problems with folio / infobase.

While I can't speak for a folio based system, I can make some general comments on printing. I've found I've had the fewest problems when I set the Citrix servers up as print servers and have users print to them. I only allow them to automatically map the default local printer. I've had a problem or two even when I configure the Citrix server to print to a shared printer on another printer.

Lastly, I've found some of the cheaper InkJet/BubbleJet printers you can buy simply don't work.
