Hello all,
I have several Win 98 systems running Office XP and Visio 2002 Pro that are having problems when printing to HP Color Laserjet 8550 using Postscript drivers.
The documents that are being printed are logical flowchart docs used in the programming of our product.
The graphics such as the symbols and the connector lines get printed out just fine, but all the text except for the numbers gets printed out as meaningless symbols.
This problem only appears to affect Win 98 systems, and only Win 98 systems that have Office XP also installed.
PCL driver is not an option as the fonts get printed out ok, but the connector lines between all the symbols get printed out all screwed up.
Any help anyone has on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
