Printing Problems, only Postscript work

Hello..
I hope that someone can help me, i have a strange problem.

We are using NT4 / TSE SP 6 and Metaframe 1.8 SP3.
We have about 50 printers connected to our network with HP Jetdirect-printservers (internal and external).
We are printing over our PDC and drivers are installed on Citrix.

So far so good...everything works fine, but sometimes we can´t print on all printers except the HP Laserjet 4000 PS.
For example HP LJ 4l, 5l, IBM proprinter will not work.
It seems, that only postscript drivers work, all other not.

The error-message (sorry, i only have the german error-message, but i try to translate):

"The system does not support the requested command"

Stop and start the spooler-service won´t work.
Only restarting the server. Then everything is for a few hours okay, before it doesn´t work again.

I hope that someone can help me.
Is the a different way, without restart the hole server ?

This is going to sound silly, but have you installed drivers other than the Postscript drivers on the Windows NT Terminal Server?

Hello Randy...

sure, for example, our Laserjet4 can´t "speak" Postscript.
I "normal" driver is installed. When i change this driver to "Laserjet 4000 PS" he prints trash, but he prints.
