Printing problems on Phaser 780

I have a Tektronix Phaser 780. The colors (CMY) do not print on the lower half of the page. Black prints good.
Can anyone tell me what could be the problem.

try taking a service print from the printer, and lookup tektroniks website, they have a good trouble shooting page there, i sent them an email earlier and their reply was prompt.
