Printing Problems - Help!

Hey,
For awhile, I had a printer connected to mp LPT1 and shared as "LaserJet". My brother is in my workgroup and he could access the printer with no login or password with no problems. Now all of the sudden I take off simple file sharing, and it asks for a user/password. I re-enabled simple sharing and it didn't fix it. I do not want him having an account on my machine. Is this a local security policy setting?

The error i get when running the share is:
Logon Failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer

Open user accounts, and create a "Guest Account", with permission ONLY to access the printer. You don't need to share anything else. Cheers,
