Using Lexmark Marknet Pro1 print server with Lexmark LX+ laser. All print jobs print correctly but I can't remove the 3 blank lines at the top of the bottom of page, I'm assuming those are margins set somewhere because this is still within the printable area on the page.

You may want to check the specifications closely. HP IIP has the same limitations and there is no solution.
Try either a raw dump to the printer port, or try printing with a DOs machine to see if the same margin holds. If it does, you are locked in. Ed Fair
