Problem - user given new PC to replace old one, all software installed as on old PC.
Everything works ok apart from one program.
The fault is as follows:-
The program produces a graph based on data entries in a database, this is added onto a facing screen with some textual data. When choosing the option to print, the textual data and chart as it all appears on screen is sent to the printer.
On the old PC this printed as it should, but on the new PC the graph is missing. It does not matter what printer it is sent to, it is always the same - no graph/shart on printout.
Anyone any ideas?

How is the printer set up on the workstation, is it set to spool first or print direct to printer.

If it is set to spool, try setting it to print direct to the printer.

Hope this helps

Dan

it is already set to print direct. have tried it both ways - no joy!
Have installed on another new PC and get same results Yet old PC settings seem same as new ones.
