Printing Problem with an hp 3000 business inkjet

I have just installed an HP 3000 business inkject onto our file and print server and hit the following problems
1: After making the printer available to several groups none of the users can see it when logged into citrix

2: I have installed the printer on some of the users pcs so they can have access through citrix but the printer only prints in black not colour!

Sounds like you're using a pre FR3 version of MetaFrame and / or have not installed the HP 3000 driver on the MetaFrame servers.

How silly do I feel now a colleague of mine insisted he had replicated the drivers so i did not check them . As it turns out they were only replicated on one site !
