I upgraded my computer and it is loaded with XP and I now have a problem printing my membership cards (label format) using an Epson 1070 dot matrix printer. It keeps giving me error message like "does not support this paper size", but it worked fine with Win98. Any suggections??? :-(

Printing problem using Approach 97 & XP

Which version of Approach? Only 9.7 & 9.8 are certified by Lotus for XP. The problem is that although the printer is the same, the driver is different on XP.
You can check the Epson web site to see if there's an updated driver. You could also experiment with other Epson dot matrix drivers that can be installed from Windows.
