Printing problem on Zebra printer. Expert, please help me....

We have Zebra 110XiIII+ 600dpi. We have calibrated and it prints correctly on each label. However, the printer is printing at 3" (length). So anything beyond 3" won't be printed. While our label is actually 3"x5". We have selected correct label size from the printer preference, but still problem exists.

Please let me know the solutions.

How are you printing to the printer? ZPL or some other program?
