Printing problem in Outlook

I have a user, that has Outlook 2000. When he displays a email, everything shows fine, although whenever he prints the email, is only shows the "To" and "Subject" lines, and leaves off the "From" and "Sent" fields. Can only help me fic this so it prints all the nexessary (and normal) fields?
