Hi
After installing Ras fix n.200309, I have a big printing problem: report is correctly loaded in IE; when I print the report (using the print button), Ras open an IE window asking number of pages to print.
Pushing the button, instead of opening the Acrobat viewer,
it reopen another IE window (without toolbar).
When I print the page, also the toolbar is printed and the output isn't correctly formatted.
What's happen to the PDF viewer?
Is it a bug or a new printing process (not documented by Seagate)?
Nobody has had the same problem?
