Printing Priority under win2k

hi there!

i have a question. we have a win2k small business server with around 5 workstations. we also have quite a few printers on the lan as well most of them are hooked up on hp jetdirectx170 units.
when we want to print it takes often a long time to spool the jobs. when i go into the properties of the job the priority is always set on 'low' and i always have to put it on 'high' manually.
how can i change these settings on medium or high for default?
