Printing Preferences / Device Settings

Hello...

Has anyone seen this problem and know of a solution?

HP 4350dtn
Networked and Shared
Windows 2003 Server (SBS)

The printing preferences option from the "right click" menu does not work. Also, I can open printer properties and all tabs work except for "device settings". When I click this tab the dialog box closes.

I have several other HP printers on the network that are not experiencing this issue. There are 2 HP 2430 printers and one other 4350dtn that work correctly. Any thoughts on why I cannot access the device settings for this printer?

It's possible that the driver has become corrupt.
Are any printers installed locally? Or all on the server?
Are rights given for users to make changes?
Move the unit to a location that works, and test it there.
