I need to print appointment reminder postcards (4 perforated 4.25 x 5.5 cards per page) with the name and address on one side, and the corresponding appointment information on the other.

I have the data in an Excel file and used the mail merge in WORD. However, I'm having problems getting the corresponding info on the back. We will be using a duplexing printer.

Anyone know how to do this in WORD or any other application?

Hi,

Probably the simplest way is to do it in 2 steps -- front then back.

The problem with doing it one side at a time, is the information is flip-flopped on the back side. For example:

First side prints (4 separate postcards):

Donor 1 Donor 2
Donor 3 Donor 4

When the paper is flipped over, it needs to print opposite in order to correspond to the other side:

Donor 2 Donor 1
Donor 4 Donor 3

That's the part I'm having problems with.

Then its simply a different sort, in Excel, for side 2.

Figure it out.
