I have a 5 page Word 2000 document with 10 pictures - all with lines around them. Everything looks great in print preview! but when it comes out of the printer there are only 2 pictures there. The lines around the missing pictures are there - just no picture. All pictures were inserted and are formated the same way. Any suggestions??

Printing pictures in Word

How were you inserting the pictures in to MS word? If you go to the Insert button and choose "from file" does it still have the same issue as you were stating? I know there are issues with the copy and pste thing. Which one did you use? If you did not try insert then give it a try and let me know how it goes. James Collins

I hate computers! This morning, I did as you suggested and re-inserted one of the pictures. Printed it to see if that helped. All was fine with all the pictures - even the ones further down the page that I hadn't touched yet!!
