Printing Picture from Word

I have pasted a picture (actually our company Logo) into a Word document which is 4 pages long. This document is a mail merge item. I then run the merge and try to print the output. The Logo prints on the first page but not on any subsequent pages. Instead on the following pages, I get a blank box. (I have placed the logo in the document and I have also tried putting it in the header - the results are the same).

Any ideas?

You must create a Header and put the logo there.
