Printing over terminal services

Hi there

I have a little problem concerning colour & black & white printer settings

we use a sharp MX2300 over terminal services

My manager always moans when people print in colour so i set all terminal service sessions to print in black & white, i also have the main printer config on the server set to black & white!

But when users start a new terminal service session the printer config is always set to colour!

Does anyone know how this can be set to start up in black & white!
