Printing Outlook Form

Is there a way to program a custom form that is multiple pages to print to one page?

The only way we could get a custom outlook form printed out in a decent format is by creating a Word template with form fields, opening the template from the custom form e.g., on Sub cmdPrint_Open(), and populating the word form fields with info from custom outlook fields. If this is similar to what you require, I could make the code generic and post it here.
