The situation is as follows:
An assistant as access to the bosss mail box. When the assistant attempts to print from the bosses mailbox, she can with no problem. However, it has her name at the top because she is the current user. Is there a way to change that default form???
I have tried using xprint add-in, but I am looking to keep the other defaults.
thanks

What she has to do when she is printing she can go into
(when the mail is open) File -> Page Setup. In this pull
down menu you will see a list of Print styles, Memo Stlye is
the default, you can either change its properties, or choose
another one to suit....you can remove/add things like user
name, or time and date. Jay~

Jay,
Thank you for the hints, but I tried looking at the page setup and you can add a username, add other properites, but there is no way to remove the name of the currentuser???
Thanks in advance.

ahh!! sorry I misread your question...I dont think there
is a way of doing that normally, ie, changing settings, there
may be a way in the registery but I wouldnt go messing about
in there...but what I can suggest is some Tip-Ex or cut the
top of the page off!!!! LOL sorry!!!!!

Jay~
