printing out a java file

In unix there was a command saying a2ps * | lpr -printername
This would print all the files in a directory neatly in a condensed form.

Is there such thing with windows 2000/dos?

i have a web page made in Java, and i would like to know how can i make a print option...
i want to print what i have in my page... as a print report in VB or VC++.

any one can tell how to make this???
