Printing or Sorting via bookmarks

I have a relatively large file of scanned images in PDF form. I created an bookmarks to index the document but the bookmark order does not follow page order. Is there a way to Print a section of bookmarks or sort the document pages to follow the bookmark order? let me know if i need to clarify.

I wondered about this. Didn't look too hard but not found even a whiff of a clue.
