Printing on networks with peachtree

I have been having trouble printing from multiple trays on a network. One machine when first set up will print fine but as soon as I set up another machine the settings on the first machine default back to the default tray. I have fixed this by setting up a printer for each form with the proper settings related to that form (number of copies and tray#). I need a way to just use one printer with the forms remembering these settings. Please advise any ideas.

You might try saving the printer and it's settings with each form.
