Printing on 6x9 postcards Please Help!

I have a customer with pre-printed 6x9 postcards, I need to print from Crystal 9 onto his postcards, to add customer info from the database.

I've tried a variety of combinations - defining my paper size as 6x9, defining his printer paper as 6x9, using landscape and portrait. Whatever we try, it fails.

Does anyone know how to make this work? Is there a combination of printer set-up and report set-up?
