Hi,

how can I setup a printer queue which prints one job automatically onto 2 different printers at the same time?

Thx in advance

You could set-up two queues and then create a frontend script that sends the file to both queues. But I can't think of a 'standard' way to do this.

You could create a single queue that actually sends the output to two different printers. You would need to do this through a custom script, and exactly how to do this depends on how your printers are attached. For example AIX custom print backends see:

The real problem is getting this to confirm that both have finished printing before you exit the backend, and what to do if they didn't. If you haven't written printer backends before, you might want to pay someone to do this for you who has.
