Printing of statements

Am trying to print the statements for November and its telling me no records to process.
it seem like there is a person who ran the statements and clicked they have been printed successfully.
how can I sort out this problem.

Once they're printed and approved for a month, you can only re-print them.

when i reprint only one statement is showing. Is there a querry that can be run under ARSTCUS to resolve this?
