Hi all,

I have a PDF document which has had a number of Notes added on to it. All I want to do is print out the PDF with the Notes on as well. Every time I print it does not print the comments out. I have looked all through the help with no success.

Thanks.

Gavin.

You can do it here
and also File>Print>Printwith comments

Hi there,

Thank you for your response but I do not this avaliable. I am running Acrobat Reader 7.0 on Windows XP Pro.

Do you have any other ideas please?

Thanks.

Gavin.

In Reader 7, the option is at the top of the print window.

Comments and Forms: Document

Change to Document and Mark up

Hope this helps.

Hi there,

I already tried this and it did not work.

Could it because the someone else put the comments on and then sent it to my user and they do not have the access rights on the document to print them???

Thanks.
