Printing Messages displaying upto 4 hours after document is printed!

Platform: Citrix Server Farm. Metaframe XP. Office XP.No printer mappings, print server instead.

Problem: When printing any office document(s), said document(s) prints fine, but printer message that indicates that said document has printed successfully does not display for anything upto 4 hours later! Has even been known to display the next day!

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Could it be that the user has disconnected from the Citrix server before the message appears. Then they would only see the message the next time that they connect?
