I've created a main report with 4 subreports apart of it (in added group footers) and I would like the main report to print first then the 4 subreports in order.

Page 1 Main Report (in Group Header 2)
Page 2 Subreport 1 (in Group Footer 2a)
Page 3 Subreport 2 (in Group Footer 2b)
Page 4 Subreport 3 (in Group Footer 2c)
Page 5 Subreport 4 (in Group Footer 2d)

I would like the PH and PF for the main report to print only on the main report not on every subreport page.

This report is for patient documents and everytime we go to a new patient I want these 5 pages to start a new. The report parameters are a date range on appt.startdate_time with GH1= appt.startdate_time and GH2= appt.appt_id.

Are you using page numbers? The only way I can think of to do this involves turning on "Reset Page Number After" for GF 2d. You then add the following suppression formula for the page header and footer sections:

PageNumber > 1

If you don't need the page header and footer for your Group 1 data, you could also try putting the page header in the first Group Header 2a, your data in GH 2b, and the page footer in GH 2c so that all three sections appear prior to the group footer sections.
