I have a database with over 500 names & addresses that I want to print standard mailing labels (Avery 5160) from.
I used the Labels Wizard in the Report Tab of the proper table to set up the labels and all data and choices were accepted properly. When I hit FINISH, I get an error box that says - TRIM "Enter Parameter Value".
Can you tell me what value or code needs to be entered? If I hit OK with no value entered, the page of labels is shown with the three columns and "#ERROR" is shown where the data should be on all of the labels for the entire page.
The help screens and "Using Microsoft Office 97" hardcover book don't address this problem.
Would appreciate any info you may have to fix this problem.
