I have staff that want to print there mail files to a text file. I sound where you can set this up, but when we print to file, the file is created, but it is not readable. Data shows in long strings with control characters and the like. Any ideas?

I just ran a test of this and everything came out looking just fine. All I did was open the mail message. I then clicked on File - Export. I gave it a file name and, in my case, selected to export it as a Microsoft Word 6.0 document (remember to add the .doc extention).
