I was emailed a Log in Adobe Acrobat. It is a geologic log for an oil & gas exploration company. When I try to print it, only one page will print. The log is continous and needs to be printed on continuous feed paper. In View, Continuous and Continuous-Facing are grayed out. I can call the people and ask them to resend the log as a tif file but is there a way to print it from adobe? Thanks!

The "continuous view" is only for on-screen viewing. The setting you want should really be part of your printer's PPD. Look at your print dialog box and see if there is anything under Advanced or Properties or Preferences that let's you print on continuous form paper.
