printing little boxes on lexmark printer

I can't print PDF's to a Lexmark Optra S 2455 printer.
I am running Windows 2000.
I have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 installed.

All I am getting is little boxes printing out on the page. If I try to print to a different lexmark printer in the office, it prints fine.

Is there a specific driver I need? I need help!
