Printing line on the last detail line only

I need to know how to get Acces to print a line only if is the last detail line on the page. I draw a line in teh detail line but it prints on every line. I draw a line in the page footer but that line is too far below the detail lines making my report look funny. I have vertical lines on the left and right and the line below the detail line needs to meet at the two ends. If anyone can help please show me the code.

Create a "report footer", place the line at the top. If you have totals in the "report footer" you can place them below the line to make a separation between the "data" and "totals."
