I have a db with name and addresses, it also has a yes/no check box. Can a form or report be created so when the check box is yes a label can be printed for all records that have a check in the box??

Thanks

Ken

yes.

What you would have to do is create a report that looks at a query, or create the query within the report.

When you insert the check box, make sure that the criteria say that all records that have "-1" in them, which means that they are flagged to have a label printed.

Does this help???

If you require any additional help please let me know.
