Thanks to Mike for his previous help with printing membership cards as labels. I now have the label templates configured perfectly to print the front and back of the cards as separate labels. I intended to print a sheet of fronts and then turn the page over and print the backs onto the same piece of card. I have to set the labels on the back to start printing from column 2 so that the data on the front and back will line up on the relevant membership cards.
PROBLEM - when printing the back and I select "start printing from column 2" the label that should start in row 1/column 1 is printed in row 2/column 1 and so the fronts and backs do not line up! All data in column 2 is correct.
I have tried it with both labels and whenever I select "start printing from column 2" it always bumps column 1 down by one label - anyone any ideas how to remedy this?

The report writer is the only part of ACT! that I'm not an expert in... when I do reports, I usualyl use Crystal.

If no-one else here has a solution, the guru of the ACT! report writer is Roy from
He'll know if it can be done or if there's a work around that will get the result

He might charge for a support call, but he is the absolute best in that area. He also has a heap of pre-done reports they sell as a pack.
