When printing reports, there are a few reports that when you print it, it is set on the tray1 which is the wrong tray. We usually have it on Auto Select, but for some reason this report wants to print out of tray 1. Tried to change it to auto select, but it would change back to Tray 1. Does anyone know why it's doing that and how to fix this problem? It's only on certain reports, the other ones are fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It could be your driver- try reinstalling that and see how it goes. Another possibility could be in the report options themselves. If you are talking about Crystal reports, then open the file external of GM and adjust teh print location from there as CR will retain it's own seetings separate form the driver. Michael Phipps
