Printing Issues in crystal reports

Hello all..

I am using crystal reports 8.5 developer edition as a reporting tool in visual basic.. but now i am facing one problem. If we click on print button from the report viewer it will show one dialog, but once if we click ok in that dialog nothing will happen..can anyone suggest some ideas to overcome this problem...even i checked whether printer driver is installed or not..the problem raises only when we distribute our application to clients..
its very urgent...

We had a similar problem - is it that the default printer is that of the person who created the report?
